Andi and I have worked on our new sky and water system. You can change any daytime (sun position and atmosphere color) and the clouds/weather.

Island and Sky System

Dynamic Water System with Realtime Reflections

//Sky System

The sky is using a half-sphere with a generated skydome. The sun is parented to the sky with a script.

//Water System

The water contains of a generated normal map and a wardiso shader.
